BadgeBuilder® V5.40 Released! |
NESC is pleased to announce the release of BadgeBuilder v5.40. Version 5.40 includes the following enhancements and fixes.
- Optionally stores all images (photos, fingerprints, etc.) right in the database
- Supports our Central Database Storage Service
- Allows local mirror snapshots of databases to be taken and maintained
- Added support for MySQL®, PostgreSQL®, DB2®, Oracle® and Microsoft® SQL Server

- Fixed bug when a CTM file contained a period in it name
- Renamed magnetic encoding printer from "Ultra" to "Magicard"
- Corrected issue with the print copy count being ignored
- Added orientation buttons to the main print screen

BadgeBuilder® V5.30 Released! |
| NESC is pleased to announce the release of BadgeBuilder version 5.30. As of version 5.30, the entire line of BadgeBuilder software is now Microsoft® Windows Vista™ ready!
In addition, we have made the following program usability updates:
- Data entered in a field is now saved when the mouse is used to move around the badge entry/edit screens
- ALT-TAB now moves through the badge entry/edit data fields in reverse order
- Cut-and-paste now operates better in the badge entry/edit screens
- Retention of printer settings between program sessions has been improved
