The data entry dialog can only display up to 10 fields at any one time. If the database contains more than this, then a scroll bar will appear to the right of the dialog. This can be used to display and enter data for all the fields defined in the database.
Bear in mind that the All Now button will set all Date, Time and Timestamp fields in the record, whether or not they are currently visible. This is also true for the Clear and Reset buttons.
