The ID badge software has been thoroughly tested but software errors can sometimes be difficult to discover.  If you suspect a “bug”, see if it is reproducible.  If so, write down the steps which lead to the error and contact Technical Support.  You may be asked to provide files from your database to help track down the problem.

If you have just upgraded to a newer version of the ID badge software, try installing the older version to see if it has the same symptoms.  (Do not try to open a database “seen” by the new version, however.  Database files are not compatible backwards over versions.)
