This displays the destination printer for the report. It is very important that you check this to make sure it is correct. You may have set the Windows™ default printer to a special PVC card printer and this obviously would not be suitable for report printing.
You can change the destination printer by clicking on the Printer Setup... button and selecting the desired printer from the dialog. This printer will remain the report printer for the remainder of the time the program is running, unless you change it.
