The ID badge software is unable to display the bar code for this badge. The text of the warning displays the nature of the problem.
If the problem is because the bar code will not fit in the available rectangle space, this can be corrected by any combination of the following:
· Increase the size of the rectangle
· Reduce the amount of data
· Increase the bar code density
· Reduce the size of the quiet zone
If the problem is invalid data for the bar code type, the data must be changed to valid characters before the bar code will display. For more information on revising the data, click on Revising Data.
Different bar code types have different data requirements. Some allow numeric data only. Others required a specific number of characters and others need prefix and possibly postfix characters. Consult a good bar code reference source to determine the requirements of the bar code you have selected.
