Basically, there are two functional areas of operation in the program itself. These are separate and explained in detail.
Editing functions are contained in the OPERATION and include:
· Adding ID Records
· Deleting ID Records
· Changing ID Records
· Printing ID Badges
Design functions are contained in the DESIGN section and include:
· New Database Design
· Attaching to Other Databases
· Magnetic Stripe Configuration
While the OPERATION area is the section where most of the day to day activity occurs, much of this manual will deal with the DESIGN functions. This is because the interface has been designed so that the editing functions are intuitive and self-explanatory. A step-by-step explanation of adding, deleting and changing badges is covered and can be found in the Guided Tour section.
