Synchronizing the Main Database

If this feature is enabled then limited changes are permitted to the mirror database and those changes can be uploaded to the main database.  In addition, images (photographs, signatures. Etc.) must be stored in the database, not in separate files, for this function to be available.  For more information see Converting Between Methods. This synchronization can be performed at any time when the main database is open and there are pending changes to the associated mirror.  To do this, select File, Database Management, Synchronize Main Database in the menu system.  This will only be available in Supervisor Mode or above.

You will also be advised that pending changes to the mirror database have not yet been uploaded when you open the main database. If you are in Supervisor Mode or above then you will see this dialog.  If not you will see an advisory dialog telling you how to log in to Supervisor Mode and then perform the synchronization.
