It is only necessary to perform this step if you have included one or more templates in your database which will have multiple photos on them. The steps are as follows:
1. Temporarily create a badge by selecting Edit, New Badge and enter some data. Assign to it the first template which will have multiple (different) photos
2. Select File, Revise Current Badge Design to bring up the template design
3. Click on the photo holder rectangle which is to hold a photograph
other than the Main Photo using the Left mouse
button and press the
design toolbar
button
4. In the Photo Options area under Photo Holder Name: type in a new name for this holder, then click on OK
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any other photo holders in the layout you wish to rename
6. Select Design, Close from the menu. In the dialog which appears leave Overwrite the original design selected and click OK to store your changes
To name photo holders on other layouts, reassign the template to the badge temporarily entered in step 1, and then repeat steps 2 onward. In step 4 you will see a list of names already entered for the other templates. You can select one of these or enter a new name as you wish.
When you are finished, delete the temporary badge created in step 1.
