If a field is marked as Hidden then the contents of that field will not be displayed when editing the data for an existing badge, when the program is in Normal Mode or lower. Note that this does not prevent to information from being seen if it is normally visible on the badge. It just prevents the data from being viewed in the edit pull-down. This feature allows sensitive data to be stored in a record by a supervisor without it being visible to other users.
