Exporting the Database

You can export the entire database or just the selected badges, and you can optionally also export the photographs, signatures, etc. 

The data is exported as a CSV (comma separated values) file.

When you select File, Export Database … in the menu system, a dialog like this will appear:

To establish where the CSV file is to go, click the Browse button in the upper box.  You can then set the location and name of the CSV file.

If you also want to export the associated images (photographs, signatures, etc.) then check the box and click Browse in the lower box to determine which folder to store them in.  In the dialog which appears you can select an existing folder or create a new one.

If, when you click OK in the dialog above, you do not have all badges selected, a warning dialog will appear which allows you to select all badges if you wish.  The dialog would look like this:

Answer Yes or No as desired.  When the operation is completed, dialogs will appear indicated where the database stored.
