Existing Databases which use Database Image Storage

If your images are currently stored in the database and you would like to convert to file storage at your badging station, then select File, Database Management, Convert Image Storage Method.  You must be logged in with Supervisor or Master access to use the feature.  This will open a dialog like this:

If you wish to remove the images left in the database, select the check box.

If you have a lot of image files to convert, or have a slow computer or connection to the database, then a progress dialog will display to indicate the operation status.

Once the conversion is complete the database will reopen and operate normally.

If there is already an image folder on the local station then you will not be allowed to proceed with this operation until it is removed or renamed.  This must be done outside the badging program.
