The ID badge software was unsuccessful in requesting the ODBC to create a new data source.
The most probable cause of this problem is an error in the underlying Microsoft® ODBC system. The database will not be accessible until this is rectified. It is possible that some other Windows™ application has changed or corrupted the ODBC. This is best rectified by reinstalling the ID badge software. See Troubleshooting.
