Changing Rectangle Parameters

The Rectangle Parameters dialog can be displayed in either of two ways.  Either left click the rectangle you which to revise and then click the  toolbar button, OR you can right click the rectangle and select Edit Rectangle Parameters from the pop-up menu.  It does not matter which display mode the badge design is currently being displayed in.
